KIBO is the order processor, in cooperation with connected retailers, for BRIO products. When ordering from BRIO.us you are directly supporting your local retailers.
After purchasing product/s from BRIO.us, you will receive email communication regarding order and shipment status from KIBO.
In addition to email communication, all returns are processed through KIBO. To initiate a return, cancel an order, or check order status, log into your KIBO Account, which will be created when buying your first product.

Here you can view the content of your basket and finalize your purchase. Delivery of products is only possible within United States. When going to CheckOut page, please be informed that you then are leaving the BRIO pages, and the purchase is finalized through our partner KIBO.
